About Us
Mind Over Motor is an open and informal automotive site. It is to be based on submissions by both us and our users in an effort to give real people a voice on this subject matter. We are not trained journalists and we imagine that most of our users won’t be either, and that is the point. So don’t think you’re not good enough to send us something, just be yourself and write as you normally would, we will handle editing and presentation if need be. We want to hear from our readers.
Mind Over Motor is to be an opinion and experience site, not a news site. This is because we are all avid followers of the likes of Jalopnik, Fastlane Daily, Autoblog, etc and we see no need to try and do exactly what they do.
This is all about sharing our love and knowledge of cars. So if you have an opinion please write us to express it to the world. If you had a cool car related experience, whether you drove something cool, went to an event, or just saw an awesome car on the road, we want you to share it with us and everyone else. We will be doing all the same, so if you need inspiration, just take our lead and don’t be shy.
The point of this site is to be a fun experience for car enthusiasts, and possibly a learning experience for those who are merely just curious. So let’s have some fun!!!

i m an indian, will share my experiences definitely
Great site! I am a 15 year old car enthusiast, and love spotting cars around my city, Dubai, which incidently has one of the widest range of cars possible. Owing to the cheap fuel here, supercars are a common site on the streets, and the place is a car enthusiast’s paradise. By the way, looking at your info, it seems you guys are pretty young, so can you give me some ideas on how to go about handling a car site. Moreover, have you turned this into a business venture? Hoping to hear from you.

Thanks man, glad you like it. Dubai is a great place for cars, unique because there are really areas where high speeds can be reached either legally, or with nobody around for miles. It is awesome, and I hope to visit sometime soon hopefully.
If you have any pics of cars from over there that you want us to feature on this site we would be more than happy to. Just send them to spotted@mindovermotor.com and we will feature them, giving you credit of course (and a link to your site). It would be great to have you as a contributor if you are interested and would be beneficial for both of us. Let me know what you think.
As for the site thing, we are fairly young too, but have seen a major increase in viewership in a pretty short time. What it really takes is commitment, you need to really want to do it if you want to be successful. Posts should be fairly regular in nature and not just whenever you feel like it. Also you should drop some links to your articles on forums and other sites. With regard to shows and events, you should apply for a media pass, and you will get to do many cool things that will make it legitimately fun to have a site of your own. From there just keep things interesting, add new topics and whatnot.
Let me know if you’re interested in contributing, and please keep checking back because there is a lot more to come.

Thanks a lot, I do have some interesting pics as a matter of fact, and I’ll be happy to send them to you. So expect something in the near future, and I hope it works out well for the both of us. Ciao!
We would love to see them. It’s always nice to find other enthusiasts across the globe, no matter where you are, we all speak the same language.

Just perusing the site!!!! Looks great!! If you get a chance, you can check out my blog, Life & Lessons Of Car Magazines, at http://www.carmaglife77.wordpress.com. Looking forward to more great writing and info when I have more time
I have to admit I am following you for the photos! My husband is a Ford enthusiast and we own about 20 or so running and not yet running vehicles, so it is all of interest, but I like to photograph the vehicles and their details.
