Motor Trend’s Jonny Lieberman instigates some in-fighting between members of the VW Group: Audi’s RS7 takes on Porsche’s Panamera Turbo. Both are all wheel drive, four door sedans, and both have turbocharged V8 engines. The similarities are numerous, but in the end, the differences do show.
PS: I absolutely love the Porsche’s purple paint job, which Johnny says he hates more than a few times throughout the video. It is a provocative color, and one that lends itself well to the relatively “sleeper” Turbo model.

Mind Over Motor 
So, what is your take on the differences? Do you believe Porsche is the superior vehicle? In the end I wonder if it comes down to the price tag.

If it were me, money no object I’d have the Porsche for sure. Handling composure is very important to me, and I wouldn’t mind going 0-60 a few tents slower to have that.
Now for money, the Audi is hard to argue with. That said, if I actually did have this kind of money to spend on cars, I wouldn’t spend it on either of them and I also wouldn’t spend it all on just one car haha. For 100-200k I’d rather have a lovely collection of cars…. Ferrari 355, Porsche 996 Turbo, etc
